TASC is a private, non-profit corporation whose innovative drug testing and behavioral health programs have earned a national reputation. To accommodate demand for its services, TASC relocated administrative offices to a 6000 square foot suite in a low-rise structure in central Phoenix.
NM Interiors was asked to remodel and design TASC’s new office suite. The client sought to reenergize the existing, but uninspired and outdated space as a fresh, positive working environment – without great expense.
NM Interiors' tenant improvement design included an administrative office with open workstations, individual and executive offices, a boardroom, conference room, break room/kitchenette and supplemental areas.
The design solution ultimately included a palette of handsome, traditional office finishes and furnishings complimented by a mix of cheery, solid colors on selected cabinetry and contemporary, functional furniture elements. Additional specification priorities included functionality, comfort and durability, reflecting the client’s desire to maximize the value of its design investment.
The project also included a signage program. As the installation reached its conclusion, NM Interiors was asked to implement an art and plant program, as well.
TASC has since asked NM Interiors to manage a number of other interior design projects.
