This challenging project entailed remodeling the interior and exterior of an older and seriously dated hotel on a limited budget. The owner desired a fresh new look for her 78-room hotel. The overall project required redesign of the lobby, continental breakfast area, meeting facilities, and guest rooms.
Norma Escandón Michaels was able to transform an older, roadside property which is located in a remote location into a contemporary attractive hotel which serves the needs of the guests.
Design services included: space planning, construction drawings, custom millwork design, and selection of furnishings, finishes and art.
